Terms and Conditions of the Sale and Payment of Entrance Passes for the Kamenjak Public Institution

The purchase and payment of entrance passes through the Kamenjak Public Institution's webshop (hereinafter: the website) is possible only for the Kamenjak Public Institution. In addition to these Terms and Conditions of Entrance Pass Sales for the Kamenjak Public Institution, the Privacy Policy of the Kamenjak Public Institution shall also apply in relation to the website.

Pass Types

The Buyer may purchase standard entrance pass types through the website according to the current price list as defined by the Kamenjak Public Institution.

When purchasing an entrance pass on the website, the Buyer shall choose the type and period of validity of the entrance pass he or she wishes to purchase.

Use of the purchased entrance pass is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Use of the Entrance Pass of the Kamenjak Public Institution, whereas the period of use of the entrance pass is determined by the type of purchased entrance pass (one day, three days, seven days, etc.). For multiday entrance pass types, the period of validity of the entrance pass shall commence on the selected start date and shall last during the selected period, that is, for the dates running continuously from the selected start date.

Receipts

Pursuant to the Cash Transaction Fiscalisation Act, an entrance pass does not act as a receipt, and therefore a receipt is issued together with the purchased entrance pass.

The receipt and the entrance pass shall be sent to the Buyer’s registered e-mail address.

The Buyer shall be responsible for the correctness of all data entered during the purchase. Subsequent changes are not possible.

Entrance Pass Collection and Use

An entrance pass purchased through the website includes a QR code which is used if the system at the entrance does not automatically recognise the selected vehicle registration number of the Buyer. Each purchased entrance pass is printed individually with a unique QR code.
Upon completion of the purchase, the Buyer shall print out the purchased entrance pass and bring it upon arrival to the Kamenjak Public Institution’s entry point. Exceptionally, if it is not possible to print out the entrance pass, the Buyer can present it on a smartphone.
The printing of an entrance pass at the Kamenjak Public Institution's points of sale is not possible.
Upon arrival at the Kamenjak Public Institution's entry point, the Buyer shall scan the entrance pass using the device for controlling entrance to the area (a QR scanner) or shall present the pass to a Kamenjak Public Institution employee in charge of controlling entry to the protected landscape of Lower Kamenjak, in order to validate the entrance pass.

Any copying, distribution, transfer, publication or changing of an entrance pass is prohibited.
In the case of a duplicate entrance pass, the first person to scan the pass using an entrance control device or to present the pass to a Kamenjak Public Institution employee in charge of pass control shall have the right to enter and shall be considered to have a valid pass.

The Buyer shall be responsible for printing and using the entrance pass which shall be sent to the registered e-mail address upon completion of the purchase through the website.

The Buyer shall hold the purchased pass until he or she leaves the Kamenjak Public Institution’s area or until the expiration of the pass validity period.

The Buyer shall observe the Kamenjak Public Institution’s Code of Conduct and follow all other instructions from Kamenjak Public Institution employees.

The Kamenjak Public Institution shall not be liable for any duplicate passes or any misuse of the issued, charged and delivered pass.

A purchased ticket is linked to a vehicle registration number and a transfer to third parties is not permitted.
